We had a large spacious family room with a balcony. I like the stylish design of the hotel in white and purple tones. Wi-Fi was enough for video calls and watching TV. The staff was professional and nice. They speak good English. The main thing is that the hotel is on a back street, so there is less noise compared to other streets in Jomtien, you will appreciate it. But you can easily get to the beach in 5 minutes on foot. The big night market is 10 minutes away (go to the beach and turn right). And there are many places to eat, bars and massage parlors around. The main thing for me is that this hotel has a coffee machine with good bean coffee, and you can drink it any time for free (until 22:00). And there are bananas and tangerines. The hotel provides a light breakfast. If you do not eat much in the morning, this is enough.

It was more like a lovely home than a hotel. 3. Your staff was courteous, caring & very affectionate towards the guest staying in rooms. 4. Located in a very peaceful atmosphere.....with beach just at a walkable distance. 5. I once again thank entire "Zing Family" for such a wonderful stay. 6. Highly recommend to please check in with Zing family of hotels, to ensure a wonderful Pattaya Trip. Regards

My room was bigger then I had expected. The shower with shampoo and body gel in dispensers was a pleasant surprise. The staff were always smiling and very helpful. Outside the hotel is was quiet and lacked the craziness of Central Pattaya where I stayed for 4 days before coming here to Z by Zing. I used booking. com for my reservation and I only use booking.com for all my travel reservations. Z by Zing accepted my Visa Debit Card with my proper I.D. Many hotels here only accept cash.

Couple of more chairs with a tea table would be great. ** Room was cleaned very well every day by TRE, NID, REE and others. ** Receptionist RIRACHA, TOUR and others were very friendly, willing to help anytime. ** Breakfast was value for money, can be improved with variety of items every day. ** Hotel location is good, relatively close to beach and not much noise around. ** Overall, very good for money.

Nice clean room, excellent staff and very close to beach, food market, shops. Staffs are very friendly and always helpful. Tour, Riracha, Tre and others staff always smile and ready to help. Healthy breakfast, nice quite location for relax. Value for money staying this nice budget hotel. My long time stay in this hotel feel myself staying home in friendly environment.
