Stayed 3 days in Z y Zing. Room was big, clean, facilities were very good , Housekeeping was also nice. They used to maintain hygiene. Everything was very good. But it was 7/8 km far from central Pattaya. Apart from distance it is an excellent hotel for those who wants to stay in Jomtien Beach area.

Walk-in shower-Good water pressure and warm water. Room was very spacious with mini fridge,hot water pot,coffee,tea,and complimentary water. The bed was comfortable. Power outlets on both sides of the bed. Room also has a sofa with table, 1 bedside table, wardrobe, flat screen TV, and balcony. It was about a 5 minute walk to 7/11, restaurants, and the beach. It also has free parking. It was my 1st time staying at Z in Pattaya. It will now be my #1 choice for Pattaya from this point forward.

I am not kind of person, who expects 4-star services for mere 20 USD, and thus I rate this hotel accordingly (8). The location Is central, near beach and restaurants.

I like the location. About a 5 minute walk to the beach + food. Hotel felt safe and secure. clean bedsheets.

Very spacious and clean rooms, daily room service. Clean and new showers with steady hot water stream. Good working aircon. Really one the best budget places I stayed in Thsiland

Terrific people, very friendly and obliging. The rooms lovely and clean, importantly inviting. Would I stay there again, most certainly.

My wife and I regularly stay at z- by Zing, very quiet and very clean hotel, for people who just need a place to sleep and spend the day at the beach or sightseeing.
